Throughout
the process of study of the project, a series of indicators
have been analyzed which are linked to the competitive offer
and with the present and expected demand, which summary is
shown in the season
and segmentation paragraphs, high lighting the conclusions
paragraph, where we try to depict consolidated information
from Horwath Consulting`s perspective, company which has been
in charge of the development of the viability study.
Firstly, it
is worth mentioning the high and stable levels of demand of
skiers to Pas de la Casa Resort which has received and average
of 1.000.000 (one million) skiers the last three seasons without
counting the visitors in the summer months.
With regard
to the season, it is considered that it is in optimum levels
for the development of the project and the different segments
which constitute it are the ones which determine a higher
viability of development, as it is considered that their structure
will still be developing towards a significant increase of
the total volume of visitors.
