Porte des Neiges is an urban project of development in the area of the French Pyrenee which will integrate the skiing domain of the French and Andorran Pyrenees for being very close to the ski resort of Pas de la Casa. This project, which is promoted by the French promoter SACRESA S.A, associated with the prestigious ski resort of Pas de la Casa as a snow promoter and Mr. S. Fernandez as the promoter of the project who has the support of the viability study developed by the well-known Consultancy firm Horwarth Consulting, offers the possibility of taking advantage of an interesting opportunity detected in the area and which consists of a permanent and steady flow of skiers demand who frequently go to this ski resort which has not got its own local offer. It is worth mentioning the fact that the summer activities which will be done in the area are also an important tourist attraction. At first, the project will integrate an offer mix which will include hotels of different categories, hostels and a wide range of complementary offer such as discos, commercial stores and restaurants, among others. This presentation has as its main objective to inform all the people who may be interested in taking advantage of some of the investment or operation opportunities which came from the development of this urban pole.
